Placing an advertisement in one of the conference publications is an excellent way of raising your organisation's profile.
- Have your promotional flyer or magazine inserted in the Conference Bags and reach more than 1,500 (Spring) / 3,000 (Autumn) conference reps.
- Maximise attendance at your fringe event or exhibition stand by placing an advertisement in:
- Spring: Conference Agenda & Directory
- Autumn:Conference Agenda (details of main conference sessions) or Conference Directory (incl. fringe guide, list of exhibitors, venue plan)
- Maximise attendance at your fringe event or exhibition stand by placing an (additional) advertisement in Conference Extra (Autumn only) or Conference Daily

Advertising guidelines
- Please note that we can only accept advertising/listings for events booked externally if the venue is fully wheelchair accessible (a regular stairlift will not suffice). Please ensure that you check that the room/space you are using, not just the building is accessible.
- According to Federal Conference Committee guidelines, advertising can only be accepted for events held outside of main auditorium times, i.e. up until 9.00, between 13.00 and 14.00 and again from 18.15 onwards.
