Wheelchair users' accommodation grant

The scheme is designed to assist first time conference attendees who are wheelchair users who would otherwise struggle to attend conference due to the often high cost of accessible accommodation. The subsidy offered is calculated on a conference by conference basis, to bring accessible accommodation costs in line with those of party members staying in cheaper city centre budget hotels.
